Postdoctoral Research position available in Behavioral Neuroscience Lab

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the laboratory of
Dr. Steve Reilly at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Funding is available immediately on this 5-year NIH-sponsored project. The main focus of the research is to investigate the neural substrates of taste-guided behaviors. The successful applicant will have experience with the following techniques: stereotaxic surgery, histological preparation of brain tissue, excitotoxic lesions, DREADDs, behavioral testing of rodents.

Priority will be given to candidates with (1) a recent PhD in neuroscience, psychology or related field and (2) strong analytical and written skills.
